Refund policy
>Reurns
- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (You can have a try, but please keep the jewelry clean and complete )
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The following are conditions on which the return is not accepted:
- The payment cannot be refunded if you return part of the accessories.
- Worn, used or altered items cannot be returned.
- Unauthorized refusal packages will be charged the total cost of the order as returning shipping fee. This makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package and the parcel is returned back to us. Also, you must pay the new shipping fee if you would like to receive it again.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
>Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at darkpeony2019@gmail.com.
> Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at darkpeony2019@gmail.com.
Notice: Returning shipping fee and resending shipping fee will need to bare by buyers.
What if the size is unsuitable?
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 15 days after you receive our products if the size is not fit. But you should afford the return shipping fee by yourself. So please take care choosing the size and refer to our size chart. The payment for the products can be fully refunded when we received the new completed item with the tag.
What if part of my order is missing or defective?
First of all, If all items are confirmed to be shipped but you still have a missing item, please contact us with this information.
We can check the orders only if it is reported within 15 days of receipt.
Your order will be handled under the following procedure:
- You will be asked to send photos of the received items and the package.
- We will check on our shipping system if the item is omitted from the original shipment.
- When confirmed as a missing item, we will process refunding or resending for the missing item.
- However, if omitted item checks as sold out, then they will be refunded immediately as well.
> Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
